You don’t need to buy a house or pay off loans before you get married.  And if you need to be doing all that before you get married then you shouldn’t be throwing your money away “traveling” either.   Also, there’s no law that says you can’t travel with your spouse either.

Seriously, what a moronic comment. You can try out jobs with a spouse! It's even easier because you have the support of another person's income to help if things don't work out. That's something I did for my wife when her first career didn't work (we married at 23). Now she's happier and makes more than I do. Don't underestimate the value of having the support side of your life settled earlier.[/quote]
