Some of our teenagers have a decade of competitive swimming under their belt, having earned significant experience with different coaching styles, techniques, and swim mechanics along the way. Some have been coaching for years at this point and given their unique skill sets are certainly deserving of higher wages. Others not so much. Agree you get what you pay for. [/quote]
