Perhaps if NYC would turn criminals like this over to ICE to be detained and deported, incidents like this could be avoided. Instead, they ignored detainers and allow these scumbags to go free. Same thing with other sanctuary cities. These criminals continue to commit crimes because when they are caught, they are released to reoffend. There are no consequences. It is insanity. [/quote]
