Our team doesn’t have any rules except that you need to be there when it’s time for your warmup. We are in CSL and I think they do an early warmup for everything through butterfly and then a second warmup for IM only. Or maybe it’s fly and IM in the second session. This year I’ve got a kid in every stroke so it’s going to be a long morning. Will probably have my kids sit in the car in the AC during their long breaks. It stinks when IM is your best event because it’s such a long morning out in the heat.[/quote]
