And no, 2 eggs are not too many for one person or for healthy cholesterol - I eat like that and my bloodwork is great. OP, weight loss meals have to be sustainable long-term or you will yo-yo. If you don't plan to subsist on coffee and green juice forever (ugh) then don't try to lose weight that way. Just eat sensible meals and exercise. It will be slow going but it will stick.
