The eagle shats once a month on rent payment made by the government.  I never  hassle the tenants for the rest of the money because the government is overpaying for its share of the rent.  If the tenants complain about anything I tell them they have to start paying their share of the rent or out they go.  They mumble and grumble but don't bother me.[/quote]
