I live in 20878 and the houses in my neighborhood start at 900 and go up to 1.8/1.9. Granted, I know the ones on the high end are less common, but for 600k it seems that you would be well above 28 (darnestown road) so not near what realtors market as North Potomac/Darnestown near Jones Lane/Turkey Foot/Travilah/Glen road etc[/quote]
