Think about an example for life insurance. If I took out life insurance for 20 years for my 25 year old son, it is likely to be pretty low since his life expectancy at that point is more than 20 years. If he has a doc note that says he has no major health issues, that rate would drop even more. Do you seriously think I should be able to take out a 20 year life insurance policy for his grandmother who is 80 years old at the same rate? [/quote]
