[/quote] FYI law enforcement always has the right to detain you in order to ascertain your identity, if they have reasonable suspicion of anything. They can't randomly stop you and demand ID, but they if they can articulate any reason that you might be someone they are looking to bring in, they can hold you until you prove you are not who they suspect you are.
