Statistics are not gospel. I really wish people understood this. Instead many treat it as the end all be all.

It is a tool that only as good as the user behind it. And can hide or illuminate patterns depending on the parameters that is selected. You can lie with them. Easily since so many have blind faith in statistics.

Btw you also have wealthy people from foreign lands that hide their assets so they can use the US Medicaid and welfare system.
