Plus with climate change coming, I really prioritize having a space that food can be grown close to population centers.  Otherwise, we are all going to starve when climate change impacts the current big-farm monoculture (more than it already has).

FInally, I don't really get what OP means by a village. Isn't it just a community .... like what is already all around MoCo?  [/quote]
