Falls Church is very big, so an appropriate comparator to Falls Church would be Silver Spring (which encompasses Wheaton).

Here's an example comparing two census areas:

95% is exaggerating it but you're overlooking that census data is a few years old and not always reliable. Wheaton will have a large population of illegal migrants and everyone knows there's plenty of 10-12 people sharing a 1,000 sqft 1950s rambler in Wheaton. There's going to be a lot of transient migrants not captured in the official numbers. That's why the perspective of Wheaton being 95% Hispanic is probably closer to what's really going on than the official data. [/quote]
