Determined through a GP that gluten was a likely trigger. Went to a nutritionist to further clean up my diet. Nearly immediately, my migraines stopped. That was a decade ago and I only get an occasional migraine if I go off track and indulge or intentionally glutenize myself or if it’s accidental like the time Noodles gave me regular and not GF pasta! All said, I never! expect any special accommodations! I will politely decline cake or anything that isn’t obviously GF. I also come prepared with my own snacks, can eat later, have just eaten…I won’t even mention my GF preference.[/quote]
