Has everyone forgotten that during the Joel Greenberg (Gaetz' friend) trial in Florida several years ago, Greenberg claimed he was told to arrange a pardon with Roger Stone, and Roger told him it would cost $250k and to write a very detailed narrative of his crimes.  I suppose Trump keeps the narrative for blackmail of coconspirators. Gaetz imploded the deal.

Trump has zero issues with gays or even transgender people. It's his followers who are rabid over both. He panders to them, but as a person, he doesn't care.

When my cousin, a gay male, worked on The Apprentice, Trump asked a group of guys to rate which of two female contestants was "more smokin'" and my cousin answered with a male contestant and said, "I'm gay, so ___ is #1 for me." He said Trump gave a big smile and told him that was the right answer and he loved that there seemed to be more and more gay guys each year out in the world because that meant there were more women for him and less competition, too. He and my cousin had other talks about it, too. Trump talked to him about how great it would be if most men were gay and it was just he (Trump) and a few of his close male friends alone in the world with all the women. The gay guys would be there to make them beautiful and Trump and his guy friends would be there to romance them. [/quote]
