For quiet beaches It would need to be in a town with a resident only beach. Chesapeake Beach is only beach in Maryland that is Residents only. Chic's Beach in Virginia Beach Middlesex Beach in Delaware Horseshoe Lake Beach in Roxbury New Jersey Downside is I have a place in a resident only beach is no one can access beach except a homeowner or if homeowner rents a lease one month or greater. Homeowner gives up badges. If I airbnb for instance less than a month the renter cant access beaches. If I lend place to my friend or brother or sister they cant access beach unless I am there. My town has a population of 1,700 Only those 1,700 can go on beach No day passes. Which is why when I bought my cousin and family to beach on Fourth of July and we arrived at 12 noon on a 90 degree day he was in shock. I pulled right up to beach and not crowded. But to be honest a bit of a headache as town is resident only parking and resident only beaches it is peaceful but boring as all hell.
We have friends with a summer house on the Cape, same issue with their town. The beach tag is on the vehicle. So they leave a cheap, old SUV at the beach house with the newest tag. Anyone driving the vehicle can use the beach tag. So friends and renters get access to that SUV to go to the beach.
My town you need tag on vehicle to park anywhere in town including beach parking lots plus Picture ID. I have to go to town each year with my deed of house, utility bills, get a new ID with picture each year. Then they put tag on car at city hall on window. The type if you try to scrape off falls apart And sneaking onto to beach is a trespassing charge. There is no fine. You get arrested. The entire beach is surrounded by a ten foot tall fence with nine entry ways guarded by security where you have to show badges. At night they lock the gates. They are so annoying I have taken a piss at bathroom right outside gate and forgot beach ID so had to call wife to come get me off beach. I have not been to the beach in years, I rented it out full time to a renter and I am prohibited from parking in town or going to beach.
