I didn't read any of the other responses so apologies if this is repetitive. Get her on the best team you can within a reasonable distance. Have her train consistently on her own (help her with a training program). Rinse and repeat.

She is young, you have time. Just make sure she is training, idealy without too much pusing from you. [/quote]
