[/quote] I went to an Ivy with a vaunted career network. I can’t cite any specific instance of it helping me, perhaps because of the field I’m in. On the other hand I’m sure at times people have looked kindly on my resume because of the name of the school. There are benefits, but I wouldn’t expect some direct or clear-cut quid pro quo. [/quote]
