Agree. But our view points out the absolute stupidity of supporting BLM’s defund the police movement.  If you want better policing, provide more training; but training costs money.

Defunding the police guarantees worse outcomes for everyone.  And yet:  D.C. went along with it for years.  I STILL see idiotic DMV residents with BLM signs on their lawns/in apartment windows.[/quote]

I'm a PP on a visa with the bad experiences with border control officers. I entirely agree! We need to fund and overhaul law enforcement training, so that it attracts candidates with higher IQs, a larger worldview and with a better capacity to react humanely under pressure and we train them in that direction.

Throwing money at police departments only means they'll buy military grade equipment to run tanned people out of town. So it's not just funding, but new directives and methods that need to be enforced at all levels. It's a lot of work.[/quote]
