Physiological because I have to rush out of the house early in the morning in order to get to work and get home at a reasonable time so I’m not eating dinner at 8:30 PM and getting heartburn at bedtime. Psychological since the bathrooms at work are awful, with absolutely no privacy, and in the whole huge building there is not one single private bathroom anywhere.[/quote]
