Sometimes inequity results in lack of equal protection.

Yes, this was the same story with electricity. The government often steps in when it is not economically advantageous for private industry to provide services. This is why I’m stunned that rural America co-signs the GOP/Heritage Foundation’s plan to minimize the federal government. They would be sitting in the f**ing dark had it not been for the federal government! Private industry is only about money and profit.[/quote]
