There is too much greed and overcharging in the US.  Starting with real estate costs.   Fix that and a lot of things will return.[/quote]

Yah, real estate is super duper expensive in rural Utah. Way more expensive than Ireland.

Hollywood was founded in Hollywood CA because it was a cheap desolate desert.

It's expensive now because it's an incredibly, massively huge industry that dominates the world.
