So when Trump's Big Beautiful Bill is not ready for his signature in September, having passed both the House and the Senate by reconciliation, what then?  Will we just limp along with CRs for the next 4 years, using Biden's old budget? Neither the current CR nor the future Big Beautiful Bill includes the DOGE cuts.  So will the USIP be resurrected? USAID, VOA, and every other agency and department, large and small, that Elon Musk and Russ Vought has fired?[/quote]
