There is a lot of interest and a lot of cuts for freshmen in most of these. Penn Band is more of an open group and there are some open theater groups too. Every single one of DC’s friends does some sort of performance or visual art. And they are mostly Seas kids. Arts are common among admitted students; there is a giant new arts complex under way which will allow more instrumental and dance studio practice space.
