The Cass Review report found suicide did not decrease after transition. Suicidal behavior is high prior to blockers/hormones, as well as high after, because there is an underlying mental issue. This mental issue is what is driving suicide.

Similar to an anorexic or someone who identifies as disabled and wants healthy limbs amputated (yes, this is real). There is a mental illness driving behavior.

The kids were giving tips to claim you are feeling suicidal and then parents and medical providers are more likely to give you the meds to transition. It made my heart sink to see this manipulation.
