"Innocent Palestinians" brought Hamas to power in the first instance.  They were complicit in Hamas' military infrastructure-building.  They "educate" their young to believe Jews are devils who should be killed and that martyrdom is a noble ambition, without regard to consequences for everyone else.  Hamas consists of their fathers, sons, uncles, and nephews, behaving as they were raised to behave.   "Innocent Palestinians" can rise up against Hamas, they can facilitate Hamas' eradication, but they will do no such thing because they support Hamas' evil theology.
