I used to be skeptical, but the more I see the options around us, the more I'm grateful for schools who are trying something different. MCPS HS was truly awful for my kids. They went to Butler several years ago and I would have definitely considered the HS knowing what I know now. In any case, might be worth a look for some of these families.
