Yes, and many of them are now using the ACA as an excuse to jack up the % of premiums the employees must pay.  My sister works in management for a large national restaurant chain and b/c the ACA requires them to expand the # of employees they cover, they are making management pay more for their health care.  I think it's a dick move. . .the overall cost is minimal when compared to overall profits and will in the long run keep their employees healthier, reduce sick leave, etc etc. However instead of making the moral case to their board and their investors, top management are using this as a way to soak their employees.  I think it is pathetic and it makes me not want to patronize them anymore.  I will, because I support my sister, but still.  And they're trying to brainwash her into thinking the President is evil, which I think is REALLY egregious.[/quote]
