I would throw peanut butter and almond butter on the list, both of which are excellent sources of protein. You can find many options, including those that are made just from peanuts or almonds and no other ingredients. I would recommend those rather than the versions filled with sugar, salt, and palm oil that commonly populate American grocery store shelves. [/quote]
