There is truly no difference in risk now for a French family than there was six months ago. If anything I’d argue it’s safer since crime rates have continued to decrease.

You clearly live in some type of bubble.  Beyond the visa/ border concerns, Trump has angered pretty much the whole world (except for Russia) and tourists don’t  want to spend their hard earned money supporting a bully and a fascist regime. [/quote]

The main reason Europeans are angry is they want us to defend them from Putin, and now it’s clear we likely won’t.

You can claim it’s other things like visas being revoked for residents who support terrorist regimes. But for all problems in life, the root of the cause is usually money. In this case, we aren’t paying for their defense and they are angry about it.  [/quote]
