2) Re POTUS assault prosecutions in NY: I don’t believe that lady who came out of nowhere. The State was way too eager. The case immediately looked very political to me. Her story and the details were ridiculous.Those statute of limitation laws were meant for child victims. The State is now using those laws are now using those laws to “get” defendants. We should repeal them bc the risk for State abuse is too high.

3)  In addition, I think people got hysterical about the crimes of January 6. It was a political protest. It involved a mob with lots of property damage and serious trespassing. No insurrection.  these bubbas should not have been put in jails and away from their children for years and years. Jailtime is a very extreme punishment and should be done rarely and for short periods of time.   I also think many federal crimes are bizarre.  They over-used

4) Hypocrisy is what politicians and those in power do. Their extreme metaphors seldom hold up.  so, yeah
