Or who knows their family will go hungry unless they work hard. Because food bank deliveries have stopped, SNAP and WIC are gone, school lunch supports are gone and there is no social safety net. Hunger is a powerful motivator. There is a MAGA plan here. Deport immigrants. Take away the minimal social safety net we have. Get American kids hungry and desperate. Put them to work under conditions that make it impossible to get an education. Keep them poor forever. Voila— your deported low wage immigrant workers have been replaced with Americans.
