That has nothing to do with this discussion, he was an undocumented immigrant that crossed the border and ask for TPS asylum status that was later revoked and never took the time to get a green card or establish proper residency. This discussion is for US citizens and the proper and smoothest way to enter and exit the country, which HAS NOT changed in decades. [/quote]
