[/quote] We just did Belize over the holidays and highly recommend the ATM cave tour, Xunantunich, and renting time on a catamaran to snorkel on the reef. We had the most amazing time snorkeling with sea turtles, and then a pod of dolphins played around our boat while we were eating dinner. It was pretty incredible. [/quote]
