The 19 yr old likely signed a waiver in that big stack of papers they signed on their first visit. And yes booking an appointment can be seen as confirmation of the patient receiving care. And while that might not be an issue for your family it could be a huge problem in other situations. And a good deal of the time these adults don't show up for the appointment booked for them by their parents. This a valuable time slot is wasted [/quote]
