[/quote] I think the idea is specific federal agencies need to get the next generation of workers interested in similar careers. It’s cheap labor, if not free, but also it’s a type of succession development. Something is lost if agencies requiring high levels of training (eg, NASA, NIH, CDC, gov labs, etc) cease this kind of outreach. [/quote]
