It comes with consequences. I tune out many celebrities due to their opinion. It's not a great effort on my part, more like "oh, this silly person thinks this? I guess I don't like them" and then I just won't watch their movie. Same with companies with certain loud opinions (Musk/Tesla for instance). I will avoid. Most of them have less education than the average middle schooler, yet they somehow believe their brief celebrity status is a mandate to lecture everyone on political matters.
