She doesn’t seem to be looking for a pro. She just needs an adult with basic cooking skills to stop by a few hours a week and do normal adult things.

I think this is a key point.   No one would want to do this unless it is extremely convenient for them.  No one will want to get in a car and actually drive to such a short, low paid job.   It would have to be someone who lives within a few mintues walk.[/quote]
