So what can we do about it?
The law firms working on at least come of these cases are partnered with organizations you can donate to. If you use the litigation tracker, you can see who the attorney and law firm is, and they may have a donate button which connects to a progressive fundraising organization. Flick's lawyer is from Democracy Forward. You can donate at https://democracyforward.org/ To see the attorney, docket, and other information, you click on the title of the complaint (not the court case number, the actual title) and it will have tabs for all that. I don't have a lot of money to spare (and am also retired so I do have some time) but I have been sending one time contributions to causes actively involved with fighting the administration-the AP, National Security Counselors (Kelly McClanahan below). The big media sources--CNN, NBC, MSNBC, etc--seem to be lax as far as providing case information goes. It would be easy for them to link to the litigation tracker, for example, and identify the case they are referring to. I saw several reports that Kelly McClanahan said after the SOTU speech he was using Trump's "Elon is in charge" statement in the case for which he is the plaintiff's counsel, and it took a lot of poking around to figure out which case in the tracker they were talking about.
