They need to detach spring break from Easter since Easter isn't the same week every year. How about the 1st week after the 3rd quarter is over? In case 3rd quarters of other counties end later the 1st full week of April would make sense. Coming back from spring break and having over a quarter of the year with only 2 days off is rough. Change spring break to the week of April 5-9 with either April 2 or 12 as the post 3rd quarter SH.
