How about just make American a democracy again? Five bullet points Restoration of the rule of law Restoration of checks and balances Restoration of separation of powers Return of the scientific community to government Restore traditional international alliances Nobody wants a 1000 page book
+1000 There’s no reason to articulate anything beyond broad principles of governance. Laying out detailed policy proscriptions will lead to attacks from the left or the right.
OP here again. I disagree. I understand your position but that brings us back to the status quo and Trump won bc people wanted change. Instead imagine: a world where change can help lift people (not millionaires and billionaires) up. I want a plan for THAT. Someone who lays out that we need to get rid of Medicare Advantage plans bc they cost more and provide less care (despite the TV ads). Someone who points out the for profit hospice fraud and the solution is not to allow for profit hospice agencies to continue to operate but that bands them. Someone who can look at the Stewart healthcare fiasco and make changes to prevent that for happen again. Someone who can make the case as to why immigration is good for our economy. I could go on and one.
