+1 If a Democratic Project 2028 simply means to totally reverse ALL of Trump's EOs (they aren't all bad...perhaps just badly implemented)..then no, absolutely not in favor.

There needs to be less extremism from both sides...that's what landed us in this mess to begin with. There needs to be a clean slate - stop with the blame game. Just look forward and put forth a new "best in breed" Project 2028 -- meaning take a look at Trump's EOs without bias - the EOs that a majority of the country fundamentally favor (and voted for or even support even though they voted for Harris) and incorporate them into Project 2028 with perhaps a modified plan of execution/implementation.

OP here.  I 1000% agree.

My concern is that the D stance is “let him burn and return to business as usual.”  I don’t want that.  Change is needed.  But change on the side of helping people.  I don’t want Obamacare.  I want healthcare that I can afford and that improves my health.  I don’t want to support forever wars and to subsidized weapon manufacturers.  I want peace and less military spending.  These use to be core D tenements.  What happened to my party?   I am not fooled by Trump but I also want an alternative. [/quote]
