If they don't have health insurance, they won't be able to afford doctors and nurses. Federal government provides funding to local areas/states, so that will be impacted. Republicans want to remove the Dept of Ed, so schools will be impacted. Colleges and universities will eventually be threatened by the GOP if GOP is not stopped, so everything there will be affected.
