Wow, strong opinions here :-) I don’t disagree with the actual cookie specific ones (I have no opinion on boomers and cookies 😂).

Please share some opinions as well on the other cookie thread where posters are dismissively telling the op that they are overreacting to the fact that they didn’t cream butter and sugar together before mixing the cookie batter, those posters think you can dump all together with no concern for the science behind baking (maybe they are boomers??).
