I was not pleased, you see Casey once and then after that you deal with his "minions" who are just frontlines staff and dont seem to know much or do anything in terms of advertising or open houses. We live in Maryland and wanted to relocate to No Va and wouldn't list with him again.

I was not pleased either. When you first meet him he tells you how great he is and what he will do for you. But when it comes down to it, he has his staff doing everything and you barely ever see him or talk to him. His staff didn't seem very knowledgable and were very unorganized. He should be upfront about how the process is handled but he wasn't  It would take him days to do simple things most real estate agents get done the same day. He is too busy and doesn't have time to give you personalized service and is very arrogant and condescending when you actually get him on the phone.  I would not list with him again and would never recommend him.
