This goes into a lot of detail about how DOGE was set up and operated to target DEI offices in the federal government and how they are targeting EEO offices next. The third phase is basically a witch hunt against anyone involved in DEI activities - even though a lot of those activities and training were encouraged. And some of the training was mandatory (at least in my org).

I find it unconscionable that all of Congress is not calling for this to stop. EEO offices are legally mandated. And employees should not be penalized for taking required training or participating in sponsored activities that were encouraged in prior Administrations.[/quote]
