Nicole attacked me (somebody forgot to toss her psych meds into her cage that day :evil: ).  I tried to explain over her heavy breathing and screaming that her employee made a mistake that could have been resolved if I was allowed to speak to her so she blamed me for not asking for a manager though I did many time and her rep refused.  Her wheels were spinning you could tell she didn't know how to respond to the fact that her rep refused me a manager, Nicole was ready to pounce, she had nothing but ANGER IN HER HEART, taking out on me obvious and admitted problems she's had with other patients.  She said a lot of other horrible things about infertile women like myself.

She made me feel unsafe and afraid to return to Dominion Fertility :( .  I had enough of her craziness and cut her short by repeatedly asking her to leave a message for the doctor, she refused, telling me stop yelling MA'AM (yes let me disrespect you then call you ma'am, a form of respect, :?: ).  Somebody came into the room so she quickly composed herself and told me to stop yelling.  I was too shocked to yell but I did want to speak to a doctor.  I said if she was so proud of behavior she would have no problem leaving the doc a message.

She said she gets crazy women like me all the time complaining, maybe because of her crazy office reps mistakes.  If she had just closed her mouth and opened her heart offered just a twinge of compassion the her reps mistake would have been resolved but she was ready to fight.  How did she ever become a manager?  She would make a better [b]WRESTLER or GARBAGE MAN[/b] than working in any doctors office where compassion is a necessity.  Without any discussion on my behalf she dared me to write up my experience she said it will come down off YELP, never knew of yelp till her so thanks Nicole.  I bet they have to hire somebody to specifically work to remove all their complaints by the way she was talking.  She repeatedly admitted [b]DOMINION[/b] gets a bunch of [b]COMPLAINTS[/b] so she said she was not worried.  Why would she admit this?

I sucked the abuse up for months, they had me too SCARED to stay there or elsewhere as they SLANDERED SHADY GROVE and other places :? .  They think they have you by the metaphoric testicles or in my case ovaries, this is not right.

:lol:[b] INTERESTINGLY ENOUGH somebody from there took me aside and APOLOGIZED to me [/b]explaining that THEY GET A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER AND A FEW OTHER GIRLS' LACK OF CONCERN AND COMPASSION, BECAUSE OF THEIR IMMATURITY.  As if that was a valid excuse.

I called asking to leave a message for the doctor to call me and I could hear the manager yelling to just hang up on her and not to leave the message, no doc ever called me.  How awful, [b]she should be ASHAMED OF HERSELF, SOMEBODY IN HER OFFICE IS :[/b]lol: .  That person didn't have to say anything to me but they did, this shows that there is no alignment in their office and others who do not agree with upper managements behavior.   I will never go there again.  I was forewarned not to go there by others and I should have listened.
