X USED TO have opinions from all sides. Not since Musk took over. It has some diversity of viewpoints but mostly rwnj posters, like musk himself. And he makes all users see his nonsense. I learn things from many sources - traditional newspapers, online news sites, podcasts and substacks. I don’t need tweet length social media posts to know the news, think or form my own opinion. People who read tweets and declare themselves well informed are truly sad. And responsible for the decline in criticism thought, awareness f news and facts and susceptibility to conspiracy theories. You do recognize that there’s no such thing as a tweet-length post, right? This is not Twitter, it’s X. Type as much as you want, with videos and discussions and links and threads and supporting documents. Much more info than you’ll find in a newspaper. Legacy media is dead, X is the news now.
