What’s the point of involuntary transfer if these people aren’t going to take those classroom jobs? [/quote] Some of them will take classroom based jobs. Just like folks from the MVA did. Maybe some will not, but it seems likely that most of them will go back to the schools rather than give up pensions and benefits [/quote]
