I SO hate being hungry when I go to sleep. But I feel like it's required when I'm trying to lose weight. I recently started injections for weight loss (tirzepatide) and honestly, one of my most favorite things about it is not being hungry when I go to bed even though I'm on a reduced calorie diet. Exactly like you, I started at 5'7 and 145 which is not a happy weight for me. Now down to 136 and feel so much better. The only reason I'm having success is that this med has eliminated or greatly dulled the feeling of hunger, which I have such a torturous time fending off.
How did you get the meds? I would do this in a heartbeat if I could get them. Op here
I got them from a Medspa and was very happy that they gave them to me, almost no questions asked, even though I was a normal BMI. It has truly been life changing for me. I recently switched to Fifty410 because the Medspa was charging much more. It was very easy. I filled out an intake form and admittedly, I fudged my weight numbers to get my BMI up to 27. I had to scan in my driver's license and worried that I might be denied based on the photo showing me not overweight, but I received a prescription for a very reasonable price and it's on its way to me. I am glad I started with the Medspa because they really filled me with confidence that this could work for me (I have struggled with binge eating and just really having a hard time dropping weight - I cannot STAND to be hungry). They gave me the injections, too. I am not in the DC area or I would tell you the name of the Medspa, but it's a pretty common thing for Medspas to be into these days so I'm sure you can find a place near you. Or, you could just begin with an online pharmacy like I am doing now. My original plan was to take the meds until I dropped the 15 pounds I wanted to lose, but now that I have been on them for nearly a month, it feels so life changing and freeing that I may stay on a very low dose indefinitely. It's really taken away my obsession with food and eating and this has been a game changer for me.
What if you don't have an obsession with food? Will it still help? I don't think about food all day or anything. Like today - its 11:30am and I am having my first meal of the day. I had a cup and a half of coffee. Been up since 6:15am. OP here
