Changing the date on the date that people expected to hear results doesn't instill trust in the system. [/quote] They changed the date on the Friday before the previously advertised Monday. They probably wanted to finish by today, ahead of the final weekend, but they didn't finish (maybe snow related), so they bumped the date 1 week to get breathing room, and they expect to finish within a week. [/quote]
